At SEMS, we strive to provide the highest quality service and ensure a pleasant experience to all our customers.

To make your experience as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to review our policies below:

Location of Services: At SEMS, we offer special prices when you book to have more than one mattress cleaned and sanitized. Please note this is only valid for mattresses in the same location and therefore cannot be split between multiple houses.

Refund Policy: At SEMS, we have a strict ‘no refund’ policy for bookings made if you simply change your mind and therefore we encourage you to choose you service carefully. However, we do comply with the New Zealand Consumer Law and will provide refunds when required by law.

Deposits: Please note that deposits paid for services are non-refundable. However, in the circumstance of cancelling your appointment and complying with the 24 hour notice, a credit will be placed into your account and you will have the flexibility to utilize your deposits for future bookings at SEMS. Credits are valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.

Appointment Cancellation and Reschedule: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate your needs and allow us to assist other clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

No Show: No shows will incur a fee of your full booking price.

Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions: For our promotional offerings, please be aware of the following terms and conditions: 6.1. Promotional pricing is only applicable to new bookings made and paid for in full during the promotion period and cannot be applied to existing bookings; 6.2. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.
